EcoPlan is providing design services through construction documents for this upscale resort in the Dominican Republic. The resort includes 325 rooms, including 56 condominium hotel suites and 32 Jungle Luxe bungalows. Six swimming pools scattered throughout the 40-acre resort include two multi-level swimming pools, a spa lap pool, children’s pool, activity center pool and Jungle Luxe pool. Phase one of the overall project includes the Westin Hotel, a Nick Faldo 18-hole championship golf course and various single-family residences. The golf course was opened in 2008 and the hotel is scheduled to be completed in 2009.
