EcoPlan is an international Land Planning and Landscape Architectural firm specializing in the planning and design of resort, residential and commercial developments worldwide. Along with Founder and Principal Phillip Bogdal, Principals Joel Jones and John Harrigan have been with EcoPlan since the firm’s inception, and serve their clients with the highest level of service and creativity.

EcoPlan’s portfolio of work spans 34 countries, with an emphasis on the Southeastern United States, Caribbean, Latin America, China and Southeast Asia. In each project, EcoPlan’s goal is to develop creative solutions, while pursuing the highest level of ecological sensitivity possible. Having worked on most projects with multidisciplinary teams, EcoPlan understands the importance of working with experts in other fields to bring about the best possible solution for both the client and the environment.
