EcoPlan provided design services from conceptual development through construction administration for this 298 ultra-luxury room, 24-story beachfront landmark. The scope of work included paving, landscape, and irrigation on both the street and pool deck levels. In addition, the design of the pool and pool deck were coordinated with Michael Graves and Associates.
