Set within a World Heritage Site at the base of the iconic Pitons, the 187-acre Jalousie Enclave is poised to become one of the most exclusive residential communities in the Caribbean. EcoPlan is currently involved in all master planning and site detailing phases of the project. Program elements include 22 residential villas and 52 single-family lots, a boutique hotel, and a clubhouse with pools and restaurants for the Enclave residents.
