Working with golf course architect Tom Doak / Renaissance Golf Design EcoPlan prepared the master plan, government approval plans and detailed grading & earthwork plans for this 150 hectare island property. Uniquely situated in the middle of the Nandu River, this project is an island oasis in the middle of the bustling urban environment of Haikou. The exclusivity of play and the low density development sets this project apart from many of the other resort courses on Hainan Island. The project will include an 18-hole championship golf course, golf clubhouse and cottages, a hotel, and a number of exclusive villas situated in private enclaves. The project is currently under construction.
