Sitting on a true links site, on a peninsula where the river empties to the ocean, the site presented many opportunities for amenities and views. Working in collaboration with Tom Watson Design, the design includes an 18-hole championship golf course, exclusive residential villas, marina, hotel, condominiums, golf clubhouse, cottages, and retail village.
