Throughout the master planning process, EcoPlan worked extensively with the development team and Tom Watson Design to create a well-balanced plan that includes an 18-hole championship golf course as well as exclusive residential villas. EcoPlan is also responsible for planting plans for the course that will compliment this true links site and provide a visual amenity for the surrounding villas.
