EcoPlan prepared the Master Plan for this 2500 acre private community in the Dominican Republic. The program includes multiple luxury hotels, marina retail village, a variety of residential products, clubhouses and various recreational amenities including three championship golf courses and miles of pedestrian paths. In conjunction with the Master Plan work, EcoPlan is currently preparing site plans for the future beachfront hotel parcels and associated real estate products.
