Roco Ki Beach Club

Overall site planning and contract documents were prepared for this beachfront site situated next to the Westin Roco Ki resort. The project includes various waterfeatures, a multiple level pool, landscape gardens, outdoor terraces, arrival court and golf putting green. This project was completed in 2006 and is currently being used as the sales center for the overall Roco Ki development.
