River House - RiverCamps at Crooked Creek

Location: West Bay, Florida
Client: The St. Joe Land Company

Situated on a waterfront point where Crooked Creek meets West Bay, the RiverHouse will be the recreational and social gathering center of the RiverCamp community. EcoPlan provided design services through construction documentation for this 5 acre site. The scope of work included a swimming pool, landscape planting, lighting and special pavements. The project was completed in 2007.
