EcoPlan provided Site Inventory, Site Analysis and Master Planning services for this 2690-acre parcel located in Okeechobee County, Florida. EcoPlan’s efforts helped determine the feasibility of presenting the project as a limited development with a large portion of the property designated as a Conservation Easement. In the preparation of the inventory and analysis, EcoPlan utilized ArcView GIS and AutoCAD Land Development Desktop as tools in preparing detailed analysis maps that were utilized throughout the land planning, market research and legal aspects of the feasibility study.
