Praia do Forte

EcoPlan was asked to redirect the Master Plan for this well-known resort north of Salvador, Brasil. In addition to the existing hotel, 3 new hotels, championship golf, marina village and various residential products were added with 90% of all units having views to the sea. Following the completion of the overall Master Plan, EcoPlan was asked to prepare site plans for three multi-family residential products. The three sites selected were to illustrate a range of product density and price, and to identify, views and amenities.
