In addition to preparing the Master Plan for the entire Praia do Forte property; EcoPlan was asked to design several key areas on the site such as this waterfront retail and residential development. Consequently, EcoPlan prepared a conceptual level design package including theming, water features, promenade, hardscape, lighting and landscape design.
