Master Planning for this 2,250-acre project on the west coast of Costa Rica includes landscape and site design for the main entrance, Phase One Streetscape and the first hotel, a Four Seasons Resort. Also included were overall Site Design Guidelines and the preparation of a project Plant Materials Manual.
