EcoPlan has been engaged to develop a Master Plan for a gated resort community including single family and condominium housing as well as a retail village and recreational amenities. Located along the Northwestern coast of Costa Rica, this approximately 175-acre site rises dramatically to offer spectacular views of the sea from almost every angle. EcoPlan has also designed a Beach Club for residents located adjacent to the main property.
