Located on approximately 1,200 hectares, Mulan Bay hopes to be the premier golf town destination in Asia. The objective is to create a vibrant golf-focused community that combines championship golf courses, various residential products, retail, independent hotels, active town centers, and attractions. EcoPlan is currently providing Master Plan design services for this project.
