Scope: Master Planning, Overall Site Planning, Hardscape, and Landscape Design
Located on the beach, Karibana was designed to be a resort-style residential project, catering to local, second home buyers. To achieve that level of luxury, Karibana includes many amenities: a challenging world-class golf course by Nicklaus Design, marina, feature pools, beach club, spa, village shopping center, offices, and hotel. The first phase opened December 2011.
