Iberostar Bavaro Golf and Residential

Location: Bavaro, Dominican Republic
Client: Iberostar Hotels & Resorts

Working closely with famed golf course architect P.B. Dye, EcoPlan Master Planned this spectacular property in the Punta Cana region of the Dominican Republic. A number of concepts were produced for the client that studied various density options and relationships between golf and residential products. The final plan provided a number of prime residential real estate areas surrounding a championship golf course and various amenities. The project opened in 2009.
