Client: Stiles Corporation & Harbor Shops, LLC
This nautical themed town square shopping center is located in the Port Everglades district of Fort Lauderdale and boasts over 200,000 square feet of shops, services and restaurants. EcoPlan worked with the development and architectural teams, providing landscape and irrigation design. EcoPlan’s involvement included the initial landscape concept development, support for the entitlement process, DRC approval documents, construction documents and construction administration.
