Hacienda Pinilla

EcoPlan prepared a full Master Plan package for this 4500-acre site in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica. The site contains six miles of Pacific coastline and is flanked by two spectacular wetlands at each end. Six potential hotel sites have been identified on the beaches and four additional “lodge” sites have been located on the scenic ridges throughout the property. The gently rolling terrain provides ample opportunities for golf, low-density residential parcels and huge areas of unspoiled open space that will be used for equestrian activities and greenbelts connecting the various communities.
