EcoPlan was asked to design the Master Plan for this 3000-acre, low density, upscale private community on St. Simons Island, Georgia. The community includes 300 wooded estate lots on various frontages including marsh, golf, lake and wetlands, a 450 acre woodstork rookery, a Tom Fazio18-hole golf course, clubhouse activities center, retail village and over 14 miles of hiking/equestrian trails, all designed to have zero impact on the environmentally sensitive wetlands.
