Frederica Township Golf Club

As part of the on-going phasing for Frederica Township, a new Sea Island Community on St. Simons Island, Georgia, the Frederica Golf Club will be completed this year. It will house the pro shop for the new 18-hole championship golf course designed by Tom Fazio, as well as other golf and social functions. Adjacent to the clubhouse will be a series of golf cottages overlooking the practice range and starting holes. EcoPlan provided site planning services for the complex as well as detailed design for hardscape, paving, circulation and special features.
