Crab Cay
Location: Exuma, Bahamas
Client: Holmes Company, LTD. and Redwood Resorts
EcoPlan provided Master Planning services for this island resort project of over 200 acres on the island of Crab Cay, as well as 10 acres of a facilities site located just west of Crab Cay on the island on Grand Exuma. The development program consisted of a high end residential development of 70 single family lots, 67 resort villas, 48 multi-key resort bungalows, a boutique hotel, beach club, marina village with upper floor condominiums and a world class marina facility. This project is currently under construction.
