Coyol Business Park, located in San Jose, Costa Rica is approximately 110 hectares of flat to gently rolling terrain. It will be the most advanced multi-tenant business campus in Costa Rica, housing clean industrial and manufacturing companies. EcoPlan prepared the overall Master Plan for the project, providing for flexibility in the tenant mix and site sizes, as the market dictates. It will contain a health club, driving range, linear park system and jogging trails connecting all of the project amenities.
In addition to the Master Plan, EcoPlan will also provide detailed design services for hardscape and landscape.
