EcoPlan was asked to create several Conceptual Land Use Plan scenarios for this 10,000-acre rural hunting estate located 200 kilometers south of Paris. Residents will become part of a large estate of over 70 existing chateaus that over time will be preserved and restored rather than a residential community that has been created. Significantly, three of the existing grand chateaus on the property, Mivoisin, Nailly and Bellecour along with their gardens will be fully restored to their original grandeur.
