This landmark hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico had recently undergone the first stage of a multi-year renovation aimed at positioning this facility as one of the premier resorts on the island. EcoPlan completed full Contract Documents for phase one including a new multi-level swimming pool, a new spa lap pool and a new entrance feature with associated landscape, lighting and special pavements. The project was completed in December 1999.
