Located in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, EcoPlan was asked to analyze the limiting design factors of this 16,300-acre site. Using GIS mapping, the site was evaluated based on the topography, slope analysis, hydrology, seismic activity, land use and soils. EcoPlan compiled this information and provided a development suitability model for the owner for future low-density residential and conservation easements.
