EcoPlan provided final Master Planning for this 300-hectare site just outside of Panama City. Plans include oceanfront and lakefront home sites, multi-family neighborhoods, two beach clubs and a variety of recreational amenities. The project will also house the new Bristol Resort – a 5 star waterfront resort now in the final stages of design. EcoPlan provided site planning and detailed design for the feature pool landscape and hardscape.
