EcoPlan was responsible for both the Master Planning and Landscape Architectural design for this 3.5 hectare property located 90 minutes south of Metro Manila. The project will contain a 50 room boutique hotel, 78 branded residences, a wellness center, two feature swimming pools, landscape gardens, various waterfeatures and an organic vegetable garden.
